BAKED SPAGHETTI & MEATBALLS

Ingredients

  • Meatballs (I used about 1½ doz homemade meatballs) 
  • 24 oz jar marinara sauce (I used San Marzano Sauce)
  • ½ yellow onion (diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • ¾ spaghetti noodles
  • 1-2 cups grated cheese (I used half colby-jack, half mozzarella)
  • ½ cup grated parmesan

Instructions

  • In massive forged iron frypan, sauté onions in oil over med/low heat. Add in garlic and continue cooking till onions ar tender.
  • Add braised meatballs.
  • Add spaghetti sauce sauce and tsp Italian seasoning.
  • Heat over med/low heat for regarding 20-30 minutes.
  • In separate massive pot, cook pasta noodles in step with package directions (under cook by a pair of minutes).
  • With massive slotted spoon, scoop meatballs from sauce and put aside.
  • Scoop braised pasta (with massive slotted spoon) into spaghetti sauce sauce. Add in regarding ½ cup food cookery water. Gently stir till food is totally coated with sauce.
  • Add braised meatballs to prime of pasta.
  • prime with cheese cheese.
  • Bake at 350* for approx 20-30 minutes or till hot and bubbly and cheese is melted .
