Meatballs (I used about 1½ doz homemade meatballs)
24 oz jar marinara sauce (I used San Marzano Sauce)
½ yellow onion (diced)
3 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 TBSP olive oil
¾ spaghetti noodles
1-2 cups grated cheese (I used half colby-jack, half mozzarella)
½ cup grated parmesan
Instructions
In massive forged iron frypan, sauté onions in oil over med/low heat. Add in garlic and continue cooking till onions ar tender.
Add braised meatballs.
Add spaghetti sauce sauce and tsp Italian seasoning.
Heat over med/low heat for regarding 20-30 minutes.
In separate massive pot, cook pasta noodles in step with package directions (under cook by a pair of minutes).
With massive slotted spoon, scoop meatballs from sauce and put aside.
Scoop braised pasta (with massive slotted spoon) into spaghetti sauce sauce. Add in regarding ½ cup food cookery water. Gently stir till food is totally coated with sauce.
Add braised meatballs to prime of pasta.
prime with cheese cheese.
Bake at 350* for approx 20-30 minutes or till hot and bubbly and cheese is melted .
