Crock Pot Mississippi Pot Roast |
Ingredients
- 5-6 lb Pork Roast
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1 Envelope Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 Envelope Brown Gravy Mushroom Gravy or Au Jus Mix
- 6 Pepperoncinis
- Optional- 1/2 Cup Water if using a leaner roast such as a loin or tenderloin
Instruction
- Place roast in your slow cookware.
- prime with remaining ingredients.
- Cook on low for eight hours
- Leftovers freeze well.
