Finland Vegetable Soup.
- 10 potatoes (large)
- 5 carrots
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 turnip
- 1 rutabaga
- 1 parsnip
- 1 piece celery
- oil
- fenugreek seeds
- ground black pepper (Freshly)
- salt
- bay leaf
Directions
- select an outsized pot , placed on the stove burning up.
- boost cooking pan oil, fenugreek seeds and herb.
- Toast the seeds of brown color.
- Pour the vegetables to a heat spice oil and stir.
- predicament is superimposed to the boiler , see the vegetables obscured.
- Boil the soup with the lid closed on low heat for 35min.
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to the finished soup.
- you'll add Persil grass style.
