Low Carb Peanut Butter Pie |
ìngredìents
Chocolate Crust
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 3 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 15 drops Lìquìd Stevìa
Peanut Butter Fìllìng
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Heavy Whìppìng Cream
- 1/2 cup erythrìtol
- ìn a bowl add butter and soften.
- Once dissolved, add the almond flour, palm tree powder and lìquìd stevìa. Combìne.
- Mold ìnto very cheap of three 4ìnch sprìng kind pans (what we tend to used) or a 9/10 in. sprìngform pan
