Dip beets in crushed egg, then sprinkle half the bread crumbs onto a towel. Place beet slices on the crumbs & sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
in a very frying pan, over medium-low heat, soften butter, then saute beet slices, turning to brown both sides, concerning three minutes for every aspect.
Place on a serving platter & sprinkle with juice & parsley.
