Ingredients
300g (1 1/2 cup) mashed potato, cooled100g (3/4 cup) whole spelt flour or barley flour
1 large free-range egg
pinch of salt
Instructions
1. heat kitchen appliance to 220C/428F.2. combine all the ingredients in a very bowl and divide the dough into four parts.
3. Place the parts on a baking receptacle lined with baking paper and flatten every portion with flour dusted fingers into a spherical disk.
4. Prick the breads with a fork and bake for quarter-hour.
5. Serve heat with butter, smoke-dried or cured salmon and recent dill.
