Sugar-Free Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse |
Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup Swerve confectioners sweetener
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- in a very bowl employing a hand mixer, beat along cheese and pumpkin puree till swish.
- Add remaining ingredients and prepare till swish, fluffy, and somewhat stiff for many minutes. don't over beat.
- Pipe into little cups. Makes half dozen servings, and therefore the entire formula makes concerning one quart. One serving could be a very little over 1/2 cup.
