cut back heat to medium and add the salt, pepper, and paprika to the mirepoix. Mix well.

Stir within the broth and elbow macaroni, cover, and simmer for roughly quarter-hour, or till noodles ar broiled to hard. Stir each few minutes to stop the noodles from protruding to all-time low of the pot.
take away from heat and stir within the chopped cheese. Garnish with recent shredded parsley, if desired. Enjoy!
