Place all the ingredients excluding the egg, in an exceedingly microwaveable bowl. Stir gently to combine along. Microwave on HIGH for one minute.
Stir then microwave on HIGH for an additional thirty seconds.
Add the egg then combine gently to form a crummy dough.
Place on a baking receptacle and kind into a bread form. Cut slices into the low-carb bread.
Optional: combine a pair of tbsp liquified butter, one tsp parsley and one tsp garlic. Brush over the highest of the low-carb bread, sprinkle with additional cheese.
Bake at 220C/425F for quarter-hour, or till golden brown.
