mix the water, honey, salt and yeast during a glass bowl. Let sit for 5-10 minutes. till there is some effervescent, foam stuff on the highest.

once twenty minutes., cut slits within the high of the dough and bake for 16-20 minutes.
Variations is created by adding garlic and oregano, or cinnamon and raisins, or no matter you dream up!
