1red chiliseeded, pounded with mortar and pestle, optional
1teaspoonwhite sesame
1tablespoon sesame oil
1/3cupwater
Instructions
Cut the curd into parallelogram shapes, regarding 1/4-inch thickness. Pat dry with paper towels. combine all the ingredients within the Sauce along. Set aside.
Heat up a non-stick frypan on medium heat and add the oil. once the oil is heated, add the curd and pan fry till brown on either side. Add the sauce to the frypan and lower the warmth. Simmer the curd till the sauce reduces however still somewhat wet. flip the curd over to simmer on either side.
Transfer to a serving platter and prime with sliced scallions. Serve at temperature.
