Grilled Sea Bass



Ingredients 

14 tsp garlic powder
14 tsp onion powder
14 tsp paprika
1 lemon-pepper, to taste
1 sea salt, to taste
2 lb seabass
3 tbsp butter
2 large cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbsp flat leaf Italian parsley, chopped
1 12 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil



Instruction

Preheat grill for top heat.
In a little bowl, stir along the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, lemon pepper, and ocean salt. Sprinkle seasonings onto the fish.
In a little pan over medium heat, soften the butter with the garlic and parsley. take away from heat once the butter has melted , and put aside.
Lightly oil grill grate. Grill fish for seven minutes, then flip and drizzle with butter. Continue cookery for seven minutes, or till simply flaked with a fork. Drizzle with oil before serving.
