1 1/2cupscracker crumbs (I use saltine crackers using a blender to mash them)125 grams
1egg slightly beaten
1-2stalks celery finely chopped
1/2cuplight mayonnaise (more if desired)125ml
Instructions
in an exceedingly medium bowl add tuna and flake well with a fork, add crumb, egg, celery and mayo.
type into patties (I created five patties), place in an exceedingly gently lubricated skillet and cook on low-medium, just about four minutes on either side till suntanned. Serve straightaway. Enjoy!
