Ingredients
5 oz. can of tuna fish, drained2 large eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup real mayonnaise
1/4 cup onion, chopped
3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
dash of salt & pepper
20 slices jalapenos from a jar
Directions
1 heat up kitchen appliance to 350 degrees and grease a gem tin.
2 in an exceedingly bowl mix tuna, eggs, sour cream, mayo, onions, cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
3 Fill gem pan with mixture, evenly. high every gem with some slices of jalapenos. (This batch created seven muffins)
4 Bake at 350 degrees for twenty five minutes. Serve warm
