Yeast Rolls
Ingredients
1 cup + 2 tbsp warm water1/3 cup oil
2 tbsp active dry yeast
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
3 1/2 cups bread flour

Instructions
Preheat kitchen appliance to four hundred.In bowl, mix water, oil, yeast and sugar.
Let rest for quarter-hour. this can be known as “proofing” the yeast.
Mix in salt, egg and flour. Knead till soft and sleek.
Form into twelve balls and place onto 9×13 lubricated baking dish.
Allow to rise for ten minutes.
Bake for quarter-hour or till golden brown.
