Ingredients
2 8-count packages hot dogs2 Tablespoons yellow mustard
2 Tablespoons Homemade Sweet Rub or your favorite BBQ rub
4 Tablespoons butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup BBQ Sauce

Instructions
Prepare your smoker for indirect cookery at 225 degrees F.
spread the new dogs with the yellow mustard and season everywhere with the Sweet Rub.
Place the new dogs directly on the grill grates, shut the lid, and smoke for one hour.

Increase the warmth on your grill to 375-400 degrees F. Place the pan of hot dog burnt ends on the grill and cook for an extra 15-30 minutes, stirring frequently, till the butter is thawed and also the sugars have began to caramelize on the new dogs.
