Sweet and Sour 'Bat' Wings
Ingredients
Cups - Grams3/4 cup pineapple juice
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup tomato sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp hot sauce optional
1 tsp black food colouring
3 lb whole chicken wings see note 1
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Sweet and Sour 'Bat' Wings
Instructions
- mix the fruit crush, sugar, pasta sauce, condiment and black foodstuff in bowl. Add the chicken wings and switch fastidiously to coat.
- infuse for 6-24 hours.
- heat up kitchen appliance to 400ºF/200ºC.
- Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or a slippery baking mat.
- take away the wings from the electric refrigerator and place them during a single layer on the baking sheets.
- Bake chicken half-hour.
- mix the honey and apple acetum.
- take away the wings from the kitchen appliance and brush generously with the honey mixture.
- come back to the kitchen appliance for ten minutes.
- Serve in your spookiest dish
