Ingredients 

  • 1 small cabbage
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 12 cups milk
  • 12 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • cayenne pepper
  • 12 cup butter
  • fresh breadcrumb

Directions

  • heat up kitchen appliance to 350°F.
  • Cut cabbage into shreds.
  • Place cabbage in sauce pan and add boiling water and salt.
  • awaken boil and simmer for two minutes, drain.
  • In another pan heat butter, stir in flour with whisk.
  • Blend well, add milk stirring apace. Season with salt and pepper.
  • take away from heat and stir in cheese, add cayenne pepper to style.
  • mix cabbage and sauce. Spoon into a buttered casserole.
  • combine bread crumbs with butter.
  • prime cabbage with butter-bread crumbs.
  • Bake regarding twenty minutes and till topping is brunet
