Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsweetened dutch cocoa
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • heat up kitchen appliance to 350 degrees. cowl baking sheet with polymer mat or parchment paper.
  • In tiny bowl mix your flour, leavening and salt. In medium bowl mix dutch cocoa, sugars, sugar and vegetable oil. Beat eggs in one at a time and stir in your vanilla.
  • Slowly stir flour mixture into cocoa mixture. Once combined cowl bowl with wrap and place within the icebox for 30-45 minutes.
