Cinnamon Twists

Ingredients

Dough:
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup powdered Swerve Sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tsp granulated Swerve Sweetener
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
Glaze:
  • 2 tbsp powdered Swerve Sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Water

Instructions

Dough:
  • heat kitchen appliance to 350F and line an oversized baking mat with parchment paper or a polymer liner.
  • in an exceedingly medium bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, and leaven. in an exceedingly giant pan, soften cheese and butter over low heat till it will be stirred along.
