Ingredients

Mocha Ice Bombs

  • 240 g cream cheese or mascarpone
  • 4 tbsp powdered sweetener
  • 2 tbsp cocoa unsweetened
  • 60 ml strong coffee chilled

Chocolate coating

  • 70 g 90% chocolate melted
  • 28 g cocoa butter melted

Instructions

  • Mocha ice bombs will be created in a very kitchen appliance, or in a very bowl employing a hand liquidizer.
  • Add the occasional to the cheese (or mascarpone) the cocoa, and sweetener.
  • Pulse or mix till sleek.
  • to form the ice bomb form, roll concerning two tablespoons of the mocha ice bomb mixture and place them onto a receptacle or plate lined with baking parchment.

Chocolate coating

  • combine the melted chocolate and cocoa butter along.
  • Roll every ice bomb within the chocolate coating and place back on the lined tray/plate.
  • Place within the deep-freeze for two hours, or till set.
