Ingredients
2 lb cod fillets , or whatever fish you want to use - for thicker fish, increase baking time1/2 c shredded parmesan - not the powdered kind
1 Tbsp dried, minced onions
1/2 c corn meal - i use yellow
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp ground, paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 c milk
Instructions
- Preheat kitchen appliance to four hundred degree F.
- Line a shallow baking pan with foil. Spray with non stick preparation spray or wipe with oil, as therefore fish will not stick.
- In a shallow dish, add seasonings, corn meal, cheese and stir to mix.
- Dip every bit of fish into the milk, let excess drip off. Press both sides into the crumbs ( ensuring well coated.)
- Place on sheet pan.
