Ingredients
- 1 pint oyster
- 1 1⁄3 cups coarse cracker crumbs
- 1⁄3 cup melted butter
- 1⁄2 cup light cream
- 1⁄4 cup oyster liquid, from container
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Drain oysters, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
- unfold 1/3 of crumbs in a very lubricated shallow 8-inch pan.
