Ingredients
12 boneless skinless chicken thighs2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- heat the kitchen appliance to 425 degrees.
- in a very tiny bowl, whisk along the vegetable oil, metropolis mustard, poultry seasoning, and salt.
- prepare the chicken thighs in a very 9x13” baking dish. Brush the mustard glaze mixture equally over the highest of every thigh. Add freshly ground black pepper to style.
- Bake uncovered for half-hour or till a thermometer reads a hundred sixty five degrees once inserted into the middle of 1 of the chicken thighs.
