Cottage Cheese Lasagna
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef1 lb. Italian sausage
1 yellow onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
24 ounce jar your favorite pasta sauce (I like a marinara)
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
For the filling:
1 1/2 cups full fat small curd cottage cheese1 egg
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the lasagna:
12 lasagna noodles3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups shredded baby Swiss cheese

Instructions
