CAJUN-SPICED TILAPIA RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon  garlic salt
  • 4 (6 ounce)  tilapia fillets
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

DIRECTIONS

  • Place all herbs and spices in an exceedingly bowl and blend well. gently coat the fish within the spice mixture.
  • Add butter to pan and warmth till sizzling. Add the fish fillets, and saute over moderate heat for four minutes on both sides, or till suntanned and grilled.
