marinade chicken items with all the ingredients and salt for half-hour. Heat oil during a deep pan and fry the items until golden. Drain and put aside.
Heat oil during a pan. Add in dry red chilly ,cashews and fry until the cashew flip golden brown.
Add thinly sliced onion and shrub and toss well. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
Add chilly sauce, soy sauce, catsup, salt and blend well. Cook this for jiffy until the water evaporates and sauce thickens.
Add the cooked chicken and toss well within the sauce. flip it off and garnish with spring onions.
