combine the shredded/grated cheese and almond flour/meal during a microwaveable bowl. Add the cheese. Microwave on HIGH for one minute.
Stir then microwave on HIGH for an additional thirty seconds.
Add the egg, salt and blend gently.
Roll the keto cheese dough between a pair of items of baking parchment/paper. don't roll as skinny as a skinny pizza pie crust. It has to be a bit thicker thus it's durable and can hold the pizza pie filings. See photos during this post.
take away the highest baking paper/parchment. Cut the dough into squares identical size as your cooked sandwich maker.
Place one sq. on very cheap of the sandwich maker, add your selection of fillings, place another sq. of dough on the highest, press the lid of the sandwich maker down and cook for 3-5 minutes till golden.
