Ingredients
- 1 large rutabaga
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄4 cup milk or 1⁄4 cup meat stock
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- Peel and cut one rutabaga into little items. Boil till tender in gently salt-cured water.
- Drain and mash adding butter, salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup milk or meat stock whereas the rutabagas ar still hot.
