1poundflank steaksliced into 1/4 inch thick strips
3cupssmall broccoli florets
1/2cupbeef stock
5clovesgarlicminced
2tablespoonscorn starch
1tablespooncanola oil
For the sauce:
1/2cuplow sodium soy sauce
1/4cupbrown sugar
2teaspoonscorn starch
Instructions
Toss sliced beef during a massive bowl with corn starch.
Heat vegetable oil during a pan over medium heat for a number of minutes. Add sliced beef and cook till it browns, a number of minutes, stirring often. Transfer to a plate and put aside.
