INGREDIENTS
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce or Coconut Aminos
- 2 Tbs. honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 Tbs. Red Bell Pepper, Finely Chopped
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves
DIRECTIONS
in an exceedingly shallow bowl mix condiment, honey, edible fat, lime juice, garlic, bell pepper and cilantro, mix well.
For Grilled Breasts:
Place deformity halves into the mixture, and switch to coat. Cover, and marinade within the icebox a minimum of half-hour.For Grilled Kebabs (or Skewers)
Cut the chicken into 1-2" cubes, skewer onto bamboo sticksthat are soaked in water for five minutes, and marinade for a minimum of half-hour.
Grill the marinated meats over medium-high heat for six to eight minutes on all sides, till juices run clear. For the skewers, grill concerning three minutes per facet, turning sometimes.
Serve with contemporary dish, steamed veggies, grilled potato wedges or any of your favorite sides.
