Ingredients:
10 large cobs, fresh corn1 stick butter
3 tablespoons canola oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon flour
1/2 cup milk
salt/pepper
Directions
- in a massive frypan, heat butter and oil over medium-high heat till hot.
- in a bowl, shave the corn from the cobs with a pointy chef’s knife. with the rear of the knife, firmly scrape the cobs over the bowl to extract the maximum amount milk from the corn as doable.
- then add milk, flour, sugar, salt/pepper (to taste) to bowl and stir to mix.
- pour the corn mixture into the new butter and oil within the frypan being careful to not splash yourself. cook, regularly stirring till corn is tender, diminished and creamy, regarding fifteen – twenty minutes.
