Coffee Egg Fast Custard Pudding

- 4 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup butter unsalted (salted can be used, but it will give a more buttery taste)
- 1 heaping teaspoon instant espresso powder
- 4 large eggs separated
- 1/2 teaspoon SweetLeaf stevia drops
- 1/4 teaspoon monk fruit liquid extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
xanthan gum or glucomannan powder, optional
Instructions
- In medium pan, soften along cream cheese cheese and butter.
- Whisk in java powder and egg yolks.
- still cook on low heat, stirring sometimes till dish thickens.
- take away from heat and stir in liquid sweeteners.
- Beat egg whites with cream of tartar till stiff peaks kind.
- Gently fold egg whites into dish combine.
- Chill. If desired, ram down xanthan gum or glucomannan powder with an electrical mixer to grant additional of a pudding consistency.
