Coffee Egg Fast Custard Pudding

  • Ingredients


  • 4 ounces mascarpone cheese

  • 1/4 cup butter unsalted (salted can be used, but it will give a more buttery taste)

  • 1 heaping teaspoon instant espresso powder

  • 4 large eggs separated

  • 1/2 teaspoon SweetLeaf stevia drops

  • 1/4 teaspoon monk fruit liquid extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

  • xanthan gum or glucomannan powder, optional

Instructions

  • In medium pan, soften along cream cheese cheese and butter.
  • Whisk in java powder and egg yolks.
  • still cook on low heat, stirring sometimes till dish thickens.
  • take away from heat and stir in liquid sweeteners.
  • Beat egg whites with cream of tartar till stiff peaks kind.
  • Gently fold egg whites into dish combine.
  • Chill. If desired, ram down xanthan gum or glucomannan powder with an electrical mixer to grant additional of a pudding consistency.
