Instructions
during a hot forged iron frying pan, soften one tablespoon of butter and add peppers, onion, and garlic.
Saute till the onions and peppers ar clear then take away veggies from the frying pan and put aside.
soften the remaining two tablespoons of butter within the forged iron frying pan then add chicken, Italian seasoning, and salt/pepper.
enable to sear on both sides, then cowl and cook on medium-low till the chicken is parched all the means through. i exploit a thermometer to check doneness.
Once the chicken is completed, add the pepper, onion, and garlic back to the frying pan. Cook on low for two minutes.
Place provolone cheese slices on prime of the chicken and green goods mixture to hide, then place the frying pan within the kitchen appliance on broil for 1-3 minutes till the cheese is molten completely.
