Soak the plank in water for a minimum of one hour (if you've got time, soak it for four hours). I usually fill my sink with water to hide the plank and that i use canned foods as weights. this can be an excellent thanks to keep the plank underwater.
in the meantime rub the Cajun seasoning, salt, and ground pepper over the salmon.
heat up the grill* on high heat. Place the soaked plank on the grill for concerning 3-5minutes or till it begins to crackle and smoke. Place the salmon fillet with the skin down on the plank.
Cook for 12-20 minutes (it can depend upon its thickness) or till salmon flakes simply.
Garnish with contemporary parsley and squeeze lemon over salmon before serving.
