mix the quinoa, wheat and stock/water during a pan and season with salt. wake up a boil and simmer uncovered till the liquid has been absorbed. flip the warmth off and canopy with a lid then permit to steam for 10-15 minutes till the quinoa grains area unit hard. Fluff with a fork and permit to chill to temperature.
mix the parched quinoa and wheat with the parched and cooled peas, feta cheese and onion.
combine along the dressing ingredients then pour over the dish.
Add the pea tendrils if serving now otherwise keep the dish lined within the refrigerator for up to five days.
