Ingredients,

chicken bone less 800 gmbread slices 5
soy sauce 4 tbsp
salt 1-1/2 tsp
MSG (chinese salt) 1/2 tbsp
black pepper 1 tsp
green chili 1
coriander chopped 2 tbsp
List 2 for coating
eggs 2plain flour 1/2 cup
bread crumbs 2 cups
Directions,
- 1. take bone less chicken, half bone less breast piece, half bone less thai piece....because if you employ each of those bone less meat ,nuggets are going to be soft within. therefore add all on top of list one ingredients in an exceedingly chopper in one go ...chop them terribly fine.
- 2. currently cowl this mixture with cling film, or cowl with any plate ,keep this in electric refrigerator for half-hour. this manner its simple to handle the nuggets whereas creating them.
- 3. build tiny nuggets, if the higher is sticky use some dry flour whereas creating them.
- 4. beat two eggs with two tbsp milk, take flour and bread crumbs.
- 5. currently initial coat nuggets with flour, then overwhelmed egg then bread crumbs.
- 6. fry them in medium to hot oil.
