Ingredients
4-6 chicken breasts2 cups chicken stock
10 oz can red enchilada sauce
2 cans black beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can corn
1 small can diced green chilies
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 diced onion
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
Place everything within the Crock Pot.Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
Once braised, shred the chicken and blend along.
