Ingredients
You will need:1 gallon bag of kitchen scraps (chicken bones, carrot peels, onion peels, celery ends, garlic scraps, etc.)
additional fresh vegetables as needed to fill your slow cooker
3-4 cloves garlic
8 cups water (or enough to fill slow cooker)
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Add bag of room scraps to slow cookware.Step 2: Roughly chop extra contemporary vegetables and garlic. increase slow cookware.
Step 3: Fill slow cookware with water.
Step 4: Cook on low for 12-24 hrs.
Step 5: Ladle or strain hot broth off into an oversized bowl and discard scraps.
Step 6: Let cool fully in icebox.
Step 7: Once broth has fully cooled there'll be a solid layer of fat at the highest. Skim this off and discard.
Step 8: Add salt, pepper and different desired seasonings. Use straight off or freeze for later use.
