Sweet Potato Casserole
Ingredients
4 medium sweet potatoes2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp brown sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp butter, melted
TOPPING:
3/4 cup oats1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
heat up kitchen appliance to 375.Wash sweet potatoes and poke holes with fork.
Bake for forty five minutes or till fork tender.
Let cool and scoop out within sweet potato.
In medium bowl, mash sweet potato with fork and add eggs, vanilla, three tbsp sugar, salt, cinnamon, three tbsp butter.
In separate bowl, combine topping ingredients.
Spoon sweet potato mixture into little lubricated baking dish.
Sprinkle with topping mixture.
Bake for half-hour.
