Low Carb Cranberry Salsa

Ingredients

  • 12 ounce fresh cranberries , 4 cups
  • 1 bunch cilantro , remove stems
  • 4 green onions , chopped (7oz, 1/4 cup)
  • 1 medium jalapeño pepper , seeded, diced
  • 2 tbsp lime juice , freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup low carb granulated sugar substitute , I prefer Lakanto

Instructions

  • mix recent cranberries, cilantro, inexperienced onions, jalapeño, recent juice, low carb refined sugar substitute (see notes) and salt into the kitchen appliance.
  • mix till you get the consistency you favor.
  • Serve at temperature and store within the refrigerator.
