Ingredients

2 large eggs
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 quarts (6 cups) vegetable oil
1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar (powdered sugar) for dusting

Directions

  • Whisk along eggs, refined sugar, milk, and vanilla in a very giant bowl, then add flour and salt, whisking till combined.
