BAKED HAM AND CHEESE OMELETTE

INGREDIENTS

• 8 large eggs
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup chopped ham
• chopped chives, for garnish (optional)

directions

• heat up kitchen appliance to 400° F. Spray a 9x9 in. baking dish with cookery spray.

• in an exceedingly massive bowl, whisk eggs and milk till combined. Stir in cheese and ham. Pour mixture into the ready baking dish.

• Bake, uncovered, for twenty five minutes or till golden brown and roast through. take away from kitchen appliance. Let stand five minutes before slicing and serving. Serve with chives, if desired.
