Keto Ricotta Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 16 oz ricotta
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • ½ cup erythritol or other sweetener
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  • heat up the kitchen appliance to 350F. Spray a non-stick 9-inch spherical or 8x8-inch sq. baking dish with non-stick preparation spray.
  • Whisk the eggs during a bowl. Add cheese, coconut flour, erythritol and salt and blend till combined.
  • Transfer the cheese mixture into a baking dish.
  • place the cheese cake within the kitchen appliance and bake for forty five minutes. Let cool fully before slicing. Store during a white goods.
