- 2 eggs
- 16 oz ricotta
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ½ cup erythritol or other sweetener
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- heat up the kitchen appliance to 350F. Spray a non-stick 9-inch spherical or 8x8-inch sq. baking dish with non-stick preparation spray.
- Whisk the eggs during a bowl. Add cheese, coconut flour, erythritol and salt and blend till combined.
- Transfer the cheese mixture into a baking dish.
- place the cheese cake within the kitchen appliance and bake for forty five minutes. Let cool fully before slicing. Store during a white goods.
