INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups oil or as needed
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1/2 TB lemon pepper
- 1 TB lemon juice
- 12 wings
DIRECTIONS
- Stir lemon pepper and juice into 1/4 cup melted butter, set aside.
- Fry wings in hot oil over medium high heat. Cook regarding eight minutes, till chicken is not any longer pink and also the juices run clear.
- Toss hot wings in butter, coating all sides. Serve now.
