Instant Pot Scalloped Potatoes with Ham and Asparagus
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs butter
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbs flour
- 5 russet potatoes thinly sliced
- 1 cup water
- 1 onion chopped
- 5-6 slices of ham cut up
- 16 oz shredded cheddar
Instructions
- Let saute 2-3 minutes Add ham and water.
- Place slash potatoes in your Steamer basket on prime of the ham and onions.
- oz package of frozen slash Asparagus right prime of your potatoes.
- Place your pot on manual air mass for twelve minutes.
- take away potatoes and asparagus.
- Place them in a very buttered baking pan.
- Place your pot back on saute.
- Add butter and flour Whisk till bubbly Add in milk and stick with it saute 1-2 minutes till thickens. Stir in cheese till melted .
- Pour over your potato mixture.
- Place within the broiler for 2-3 minutes till the highest is slightly brown.
