Ingredients
2 lbs apples, peeled, cored, cut into 1/2-inch pieces1 cup water
1⁄4-1⁄2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 1⁄4 teaspoons ground cardamom
Instructions
