1(15 oz.) can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed
2 to 4tbsp.water
2tbsp.extra virgin olive oil
1tbsp.lemon juice
1garlic cloveminced
3/4tsp.ground cumin
1/4 to 1/2tsp.salt
Directions
Add the garbanzo beans, two tablespoons of water, the vegetable oil, juice, garlic, cumin, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt to a kitchen appliance. method till sleek and creamy. If needed, add extra water to skinny out the paste and 1/4 teaspoon of salt to your style preference.
