Chicken Stew

Ingredients

    3 c. chicken stock
    2 c. cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
    3 large carrots, roughly sliced
    2 c. broccoli, roughly chopped
    1 medium yellow onion, cut in thin wedges
    2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
    salt and pepper, to taste (start with 1/2 tsp. of each and add more to taste if you like)


Chicken Stew

Instructions

Add all ingredients during a massive stock pot, Dutch kitchen oven or slow cookware.
If use a slow cookware, cook on high for four hours or low for six hours. If cookery on the stovetop, simmer till heated through.
Add additional salt and pepper to taste, if necessary.
