Cranberry Brie Bites

Ingredients

  • 14 oz (400g) ready rolled Puff Pastry
  • 1 egg lightly whisked
  • 5.3 oz (150g) Brie
  • 6 tbsp Cranberry Sauce
  • Fresh thyme leaves to decorate

Instructions

  • heat the kitchen appliance to 200c/400f and line a baking receptacle with baking parchment or a siloxane liner.
  • Unroll the pastry and brush with egg wash, then cut the pastry into approx forty little rectangles. Place one parallelogram on prime of another and repeat with the remainder of the pastry, therefore you have got twenty just about ‘doubled up’ rectangles of pastry. Place on the ready receptacle and bake for ten minutes. Then put off of the kitchen appliance.
  • Slice the Brie into little slices and place on prime of the pastry puffs. Place back within the kitchen appliance for 1-2 minutes to soften the Brie.
  • Place the puffs on a plate and prime each with alittle blob of condiment and many recent thyme leaves, then serve.
